Description: STR is currently seeking a highly-motivated candidate to play an important role in the organization by performing Benefits Administration and other Human Resources activities. In this role, you will assist members of the Human Resources team with functions relating to onboarding, benefits administration, and general administrative support. This position is ideal for someone who feels passionate about the people and culture of an organization and is looking to gain experience in several areas of Human Resources.

Core Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Be the main point of contact for employee benefits questions and issues
- Build relationships with benefits brokers and vendors and participate in selecting and negotiating benefits for our organization
- Administer our core benefits such as Medical, Dental, Life, Disability, and Flex Accounts
- Assist with HR Compliance
- Maintain employee information in HR systems
- Various HR projects, as needed
- Recommend innovative processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Experience and Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of Benefits Administration experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other standard computer applications
- Collaborative, self-motivated, and efficient, with good judgment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt well to change
- Superior interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact in a professional manner with external partners and colleagues at all levels across the organization
- Thirst for excellence and enthusiasm to expand his/her experience and take on additional responsibilities within the organization
